This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit funlearningforkids.com, our shop at shop.funlearningforkids.com, or use any content, functionality, or services offered through them (together, the "Website"). It also explains the choices and rights you have.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We may change this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Please check this page from time to time.

The Website is intended for parents, teachers, and other adults. If you are under 13 years old, you should not use this Website, leave blog comments, or subscribe to our newsletter without parental permission.

When you purchase a product through the Fun Learning for Kids® shop

As a visitor, you can use most of the Website without giving us any personal information. You only need to provide information when you download resources, subscribe, or make a purchase.

If you join our newsletter, you will be asked for your email address so we can send you emails. Your information is passed to ActiveCampaign, our email service provider. You can read ActiveCampaign's privacy policy here. We use tags within ActiveCampaign to track your actions and page visits so that future emails better meet your needs.

If you sign up for the newsletter and receive a subscriber freebie at the same time, your information may be collected through Leadpages. You can read Leadpages' privacy policy here.

We send several emails per week and occasionally send additional emails about special offers. Every email includes our contact information and a link to unsubscribe at any time.

Shop Purchases

Products in the Fun Learning for Kids® shop are sold through Shopify. Your name, email address, and country are required at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full credit card number. You can read Shopify's privacy policy here.

Information about your purchase is stored in Shopify indefinitely so that we can resend your files any time you request them.

You may also purchase our products on Teachers Pay Teachers, which collects and handles your information under its own policy. You can read Teachers Pay Teachers' privacy policy here.

Affiliate Programs

We sometimes recommend products from other companies and bloggers through affiliate links and may earn a commission if you buy through them. Each affiliate program collects and keeps its own data, and we do not have access to the personal information those programs collect.

Fun Learning for Kids® is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.

Advertising

CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive ("Raptive") is a service provider of this Site for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Raptive will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website. We use this information to improve the Website and decide what content to create. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally.

If you are outside the European Union and you request a free resource, sign up for a training, webinar, or event, or purchase a product from us, we will automatically add you to our free email newsletter. If you are in the European Union, we will only add you to our newsletter if you clearly consent. Either way, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not rent our email subscriber list to other companies for their own marketing.

How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable methods to protect the information you provide and the information we collect automatically, including standard security protocols and reputable third-party vendors. Some information you enter on the Website is transmitted securely using SSL encryption. Credit card information and other sensitive information is never sent by email.

Email is not a secure way to communicate, so please do not send private information to us by email. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk.

We use software to create summary statistics, such as how many visitors view different sections of the Website, which content is most and least popular, and where technical problems occur. For security, we also monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep the information you provide until the earliest of: (a) you asking us to delete it, (b) our decision to stop using our current data providers, or (c) our decision that the value of keeping the data is outweighed by the cost of keeping it. Purchase records may be kept longer so we can resend files and meet legal and tax requirements.

How to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. You can also turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser or extension; we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the time required by law (usually 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will tell you the result of your appeal.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) header. Because there is no common standard for DNT, the Website does not respond to DNT headers. This is separate from the Global Privacy Control signal described above, which we do honor.

Rights for Visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, including the right to:

Request access to the personal data we store about you, and to have it corrected or erased
