I would love to have you join us for the Virtual Book Club for Kids 2015-2016! Each month we are going to feature one awesome book and do lots of fun activities to go with it!
This year we are joining the amazing Virtual Book Club for Kids team! I am so excited to join forces with some of my favorite kid bloggers to bring you fun and engaging activities inspired by some of our favorite children’s books.
A New Format for the Virtual Book Club for Kids 2015-2016
If you are familiar with the Virtual Book Club for Kids already, you probably know that each month the team featured a certain author and they all did activities inspired by various books from that author. This year will be different. This time we are featuring one book each month and all of us will do activities based on that book.
The activities will span across many different subject areas such as: alphabet learning, name activities, numbers and math, science, sensory, writing and more! It is going to be a fantastic resource for you!
Here is a list of all of the books we are featuring this year!

To begin, leave a comment on this post expressing your commitment to join us all year. Locate the book of the month and read it with your child sometime that month. Most of the books can be found at your local library, but I also linked to the books on Amazon if you would like to purchase them. They are all great books to add to your home library!
Activities will be posted on the 1st of each month except for the months in which the 1st falls on a weekend. On those months we will post on the 2nd. This will give you the whole month to access the activities and do them with your child.
Then post a picture or tell us about any of the book-inspired activities you did with your child that month on our Facebook page, on the Virtual Book Club for Kids Facebook page or in the comments on my blog! It is going to be so much fun!
