Differentiated Alphabet Letter Recognition Activity
Students will take an alphabet task card and look at the uppercase and lowercase letters that are at the top of the card on the apple.
Then they will try to find instances of that letter all around the card. Each card has two uppercase versions of the letter and two lowercase versions of the letter. So students will need to cover four letters per card.
You can differentiate this activity by choosing letters that your students are currently learning or letters that they already know. You can also choose the number of letters your students will work on at a time.
Students can work on the cards independently or with partners. They can be used during centers, soft start morning routines and small groups.
